Does it work?

Most users start to feel better within a few weeks. Problem-solving treatment (PST) is a form of CBT. Research supports that CBT is as effective for depression as anti-depressant medication. Plus, unlike medication, the benefits of PST continue long after you stop treatment. Research on ePST has shown that it works as well as PST by live clinicians.

What is it like to use ePST?

Your virtual coach, an expert in Problem-solving Treatment, is with you at every step, guiding and encouraging you. The coach is not live in real time but our technology makes ePST feel like live therapy.
